Please only contact us after checking the following points:

  • If your account has been locked: our support staff cannot unblock it - it will be automatically unblocked after 15 minutes.
  • If you are a leader with an account: please login and contact us from within the system.
  • If you are a parent: please contact your leaders unless you have a specific problem with the system.

If you cannot access Parent Portal, please speak to your leaders - for child & data protection reasons, we are unable to give access to you. Your leaders will need to send you a new link (including every time your child moves section) - once you have that link, you can optionally create an account.
